The newly renovated Clubhouse at 396 Deer Meadow Rd in Webster is now available to rent for your private functions.
The PLVD Clubhouse is available to rent for your private functions. The one-day rate for Webster residents is $75, others is $150. A returnable cleaning/damage deposit of $100 and rental contract required. Please contact Sandy Estep at (603) 230-0697.
The upstairs function area is 23.5 x 26.5, with 9 x9 and 16.5 x 9 connecting areas. There is a handicap accessible upstairs. The downstairs function area is 26.5 x 19 with a 10 x 9 kitchen, and two handicap accessible bathrooms. The kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator, and microwave.
